It’s back. And it’s going to be H-U-G-E. I’m talking about the 70’s trend, of course! From Marc Jacobs to Fendi, from Salvatore Ferragamo to Sonia Rykiel or Etro, we’ve seen that groovy inspiration dominating all of the spring summer 2011 fashion trends . And although the Marc Jacobs collection blew me away, I don’t even want to know how much a button would cost. So, what do I do? I check out the highstreet. If you remember, I’ve told you before about my endless love for the british highstreet (Topshop, River island, Miss selfridge, Oasis, and many many others) compared to the Inditex group so popular in my country(Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, etc etc). And for the next season(the ss11 i mean), Topshop has been creating so many 70’s inspired pieces that I can’t stop d
rooling.
So. I’ve selected above a few of my favourite pieces (there are billion others, don’t worry), all interchangeable, versatile pieces, and from my point of view, all you will be needing to step into the next season with style:D
My favourites?
The wedges( why am I so predictable?:))) and the flared jeans.
Stay tooned, soon I’ll be doing a more detailed post about the 70’s trend and how to incorporate some of the grooviness into your weardrobe. Let me know if you have any suggestions!
S-au intors. Si vor fii P-E-S-T-E T-O-T. Vorbesc despre trendul anilor 70, desigur!
